このメソッドは、与えられたファイル名に対する適切な転送モードを調べます （extensions.ini を利用します）。もし拡張子が見つからなければ、 the class fall back to the standard transfer mode (attribute).
string $filename - 調べたいファイル名
int - FTP_ASCII または FTP_BINARY のいずれか
エラーは発生しない。常にファイル転送モードが返される。
This function can not be called statically.
